How to specify your system

Many of our component customers are developers or managing agents. The first, an most important factor to address is content and site layout. If you are constructing a directional system you need to identify key locations where information needs to be displayed. If you are directing the public it is important to make the information a clear a possible and to repeat the information where required. For example, if you are directing people to a specific location, through a busy area or complex location it is important to ensure that direction information can be seen at key points along your preferred route. Your aim is to ensure that the public will be able to re-check their position and direction of travel wherever different choices of direction present themselves.

Once you have calculated the content and location of each sign it is a simple case of matching the component system to your preferences on shape and style.

Each component system is supplied in an easy to assemble kit form. If you are using a freestanding post mounted sign we will supply you with calculations stating the correct size of foundation required. (We use the most up to date wind loading data when calculating these dimensions).
