The easy way to buy your CNC routing requirements.
Our no frills CNC routing service is designed to make buying CNC routed goods as easy as possible. Rather than charge per individual item we have developed our special full sheet service.
Full sized sheets CNC routed to your design.
Choose from a full 1220 x 1440mm (8x 4ft) or 3000x 1500mm (10x5ft) sheet. Place your design within these boundaries and email it to us. By return we will send you your design machined from your choice of sheet material.
What are the benefits to you?
By pricing our routing service per sheet you can speed up your estimating and make the most economical use of all the material available. We also offer 1/2 sheet rates and you can still by routing on an individual job by job basis or per letter.
Can I have anything routed for this price?
Our full sized sheet service is based upon our most popular material range. If you need another type of material cutting then we will try and keep the routing cost the same.
We may not be able to offer fixed price sheet deals if you want a whole sheet of very small items cut. All CNC routing is based upon the time taken to machine. Lots of small items take longer to machine and should in theory cost more. In practice we will always try to keep as close to our fixed sheet prices as possible.
How are we able to offer such good prices on fixed sheet routing?
We have increased our CNC machinery portfolio which means we can now process more sheets in the less time. As specialists in outsource CNC routing we have carefully worked out our systems so we are as efficient as we possibly can be.

How are your routed products delivered?
Once routed we package your routed products and send them out to you. Turnaround times are pretty quick and we may be able to help if you need express cutting or emergency service if you normal supplier has let you down.
Additional services.
As well as routing your sheets we can offer additional services such as locators and templates for sign lettering, powder coating for aluminium lettering and a wet spray service for MDF and Foamex letters.
