Metal lettering cut for you from your own files
Like all other kinds of CNC letters we make your metal lettering from your own designs. You simply email the letters you want made in any type of metal and sit back whilst we manufacture them and send them out to your doorstep.

When choosing a metal it's important to opt for a quality grade material that is guaranteed free from defects and designed to deliver the right results. As we make letters from every type and grade of metal sheet currently available you really can have whatever you need.
These Brass characters are 6mm thick and less than an inch high. This level of intricate cutting comes as standard. If your current supplier says your project can't be made give us a call.
Fixing your metal lettering
When it comes to metal lettering there are several ways of fixing the finished cut lettering in place. One of the most effective is our standard cup and peg fixings. Theses can be used on metal letters up to a height of around 600mm. Bigger than this and your metal lettering is a bit too heavy for these fixings.
The option for larger metal letters is to use threaded rods fixed to the rear of your letters- these are pushed into your fixing holes and held secure with either resin or silicone.
We have fitted all kinds of metal lettering in real life situations so we can advise you on exactly the right method for your project.
Built up lettering
We also produce built up metal lettering in stainless steel and aluminium. Built up letters give you a dimensional feel to your metal lettering making them stand out from flat cut lettering.
This type of metal lettering is manufactured entirely in-house; from raw metal sheet through to fabricated product everything happens in our own premises. Our range of production extends into steel, stainless steel and aluminium welding and fabrication. If you need structure or frames we can built these for you from scratch. Stainless steel and aluminium letters are just one area of production- pressing and folding services are also available.
NEW product
If you want something different our new chrome effect metal lettering and logo system could be the answer. With a range of solid thicknesses from 6 to 30mm available this product can be produced as straight sided or bevelled or carved letter shapes. This is a simulated product which offers you a cost effective alternative to real metals.
