Do I have to supply my own CAD file?
No. If you don't have the ability to create your own CAD file we are happy to make one for you. However, supplying us with a CAD file means less work for us hence a better price for you.
Can you machine plywood & MDF?
Yes. Although we mainly work in acrylics and other sign making materials we are able to work with plywood and MDF in all types of thickness. We supply a range of professional timber board products including Marine Plywood, MDF, laminated boards and real wood veneers.
Note: we supply MR (moisture resistant) MDF as standard. This material machines better than standard MDF.
I need a special type of perspex- how do I get hold of it?
We supply the full range of Perspex and Plexiglas. Standard colours are almost always held in stock . Some special colours do take longer to source and may cost a little more than standard colours.
If you are looking for smaller pieces of Perspex then we may be able to help, we have large stocks of part sheets in our stores.
I would like a 3D design created- how do I go about it?
Three dimensional designs are created for you by us. We need to have a normal 2D CAD file from which we can work. a brief description of the 3D effect you are hoping to achieve would also be very helpful to us.
Can I have laminated board material?
Yes. You can choose from generic laminated Plywood and MDF we are sourced from specialist merchants. Alternatively we offer the full range of branded Formica products.
Yes. We can machine, engrave and cut most types of metal- stainless steel, Brass, Bronze and Copper. We can also engrave all types of plastic laminate
Can you make large, architectural lettering?
Yes. Architectural lettering can be made in a variety of styles and letter heights. We can incorporate lighting systems and various mounting devices to suit your requirements.
I need a regular supply of the same parts- what's on offer to me?
If you require a steady stream of components parts we can deliver in batch quantities on dates which suit your needs. With the in built accuracy and repeatability of CNC equipment timed delivery of batch runs is something we can easily offer.

Do you supply direct to businesses and end users?
Yes. We work for all kinds of customers, from sign and display industry buyers through to corporate clients, business and domestic users. Anyone can take advantage of our wide range of CNC services.
Can you supply complete sign and display systems ready for installation?
We often supply complete "in a box" solutions to customers all over the UK and Europe. Our service allows you to buy quality sign and display systems which are shipped ready for installation by you or your trades people.
How do you deliver my order without damage?
We use reputable carriers to deliver to our customers. To ensure that your goods arrive in the best possible condition we ship almost every order in custom made wooden crates. These crates are designed to be as strong as possible and are individually manufactured to contain and protect your goods.
