Dibond panels
You can have pans and panels fabricated from Dibond, Reynobond or Alupanel aluminium composites.
In recent years dibond pan type signs have become very popular in the sign and display industry.
Offering a much stronger sign dibond pans are the perfect sign substrate as they are strong, light and can be formed into all kinds of previously un-obtainable shapes.
Flat dibond panels
Flat dibond panels are produced to any size. We have equipment which can process the largest panel size. These flat dibond panels can then be used within existing, established sign systems light sign frame extrusion or light box casings.
Formed dibond pans
Dibond pans are one of the most popular methods of making signs. You can make
dibond pans which are non illuminated- fitted with flush mounted vinyl lettering
or raised acrylic lettering.
Alternatively your dibond pan can be fret cut for reverse illumination. with a full sized CNC system we are able to work with full sized dibond panels which facilitates this type of sign.
Scoring and folding dibond pans
You can use our equipment and know how to deliver a complete project. We score, fold, fret cut and illuminate dibond pans for all kinds of customer.
You can also have items like canopies manufactured from dibond. We have tested and installed a number of dibond canopies for customers.
The benefit of a dibond canopy is that it is strong, won't sag and is much more durable.
Colour coding is also very simple to do. You can flood coat your dibond canopy with any sign making vinyl or alternatively you can opt for a standard self coloured dibond panel- the choice is yours.
This is a Red dibond pan fitted with Gold built up letters and Chinese characters. The built up letters emit a Blue halo effect. To achieve this matte White vinyl is flush mounted behind the built ups to create the Blue effect. The Chinese characters are made from our special carving foam and have LED's embedded.
The other end of the sign has letter shapes fret cut from the dibond material. To illuminate these we fit oversize opal acrylic letters and back light with White LED's
