If you have ever seen the range of dibond or other aluminium composite materials available you will know that metal effects such as brushed aluminium, brushed Gold, metallic Silver and Copper are all available in this material.

from rusting or oxidising. Dibond letters get round this requirement as they are
synthetic metal look letters not real metal.
No requirement for surface treatment means less expense for you.

Mirror dibond is now available
We are now offering the new mirror finish dibond type material in 3mm
thic
kness.
This material is outdoor rated and can be machined in the same way as
all other types of dibond.
We can fabricate lettering, logos and sign trays from this material.
Please bear in mind that unlike other types of dibond, mirror finish material is single sided only- that is to say it's mirror finish on one side only.
If you want to use mirror dibond letters with standard cup and peg fixings you can. We have perfected the correct bonding method to ensure the pegs are firmly fixed to the back of the lettering without cupping or dishing the mirror finish faces.
Fixing your dibond letters
You can use these standard fixing systems with dibond letters, logos and panels.
Cup & peg locators
This is a two part fixing system designed to stand your foam PVC lettering away from the wall.
The clear nipple is bonded to the back of your letter whilst the White cup screws to the wall.
To fix you just push the nipple into the cup until it "snaps" into place.
Epoxy
resin
Our tradeweld product is perfect for all kinds of sign and display work.
A fast setting two part adhesive tradeweld will permanently bond your foam PVC lettering to virtually any surface.
Setting time is 7-10 minutes.
Double sided tape
Your foam PVC
lettering can be fitted with high performance double sided tape which adheres to
almost any flat, smooth surface.

All sizes of dibond lettering produced
Most suppliers won't be keen to make small dibond letters. We know that sometimes you need small lettering to fit the needs of your project.
This why we offer really small dibond letters as well as really bid dibond letters.
Depending on the typestyle you need we should be able to go right down to 15mm (1/2") high letters for you.
