Forming hot plastics give you all kinds of extra sign and display options.
Our acrylic forming system heats and then presses hot acrylic onto formers which we produce on our CNC system.
One of the few suppliers to offer custom acrylic forming as standard
Most suppliers of formed acrylic have a set of pre made forms. You then have
to buy from this pre
set range.
For custom typefaces or logos you have to pay extra for the production of the formers.
We are different in that we do not keep stock formers. We make every job from scratch. Keeping sets of pre determined forms is a waste of space and for us it makes no sense- we can't give you the design freedom which comes from making the project from scratch.
Why is this good news for you?
By making formers for every project we can give you precisely what you need. If you need a precise letter height you can have it. If you need a particular letter style we will make it- as long as the typeface can be formed we will form it.
Naturally we can also make up logos and pictorials for you. Again, we have no pre made forms so you really can have whatever you want.
Extra choices for you
Part of our CNC service involves 3D work. As we have 3D capability we are able to make forms using 3D software.
With 3D forms we can transfer detail from former to finish acrylic.
You don't have to have standard flat letters or logos as we can add extra detailing during the form production process.
Deep sided forms- you can do more with our formed acrylic
Most standard formed acrylic lettering has a side height of around 12mm. Our system is designed to handle much deeper heights.
When making forms we can go a lot deeper allowing you to have much chunkier letters and logos.

Our design elements fit into your armoury of products. With these pre formed acrylic elements you can add dimensional details to any sign quickly and easily.
Design element acrylics can be bonded to fascia signs, incorporated into illuminated panels or used with snap fix locators as signs in their own right.
